GamerDad family could use some help

Andrew Bub a.k.a. GamerDad from www.gamerdad.com has been a huge asset to the family-gaming community for what seems like forever. On September 1st, Andrew suffered a heart-attack which was followed shortly thereafter by Quadruple Bypass surgery. The surgical procedure saved his life, but because of the extended hospital stay, and the possibility of more surgery, he and his family could really use the community’s help.

His wife Linda has reached out and asked for whatever help can be provided so that she, Andrew and the rest of their family can deal with the financial burden that always follows this sort of tragedy. Asking for help can sometimes be one of the hardest things to do so please visit their site and help out the best you can.

  1. I attended his panel at PAX about children and gaming. It was an amazingly informative discussion. His site is such an asset to parents. I was saddened to hear this news and hope he has a speedy recovery.
